(*) Shipping and handling
There are so many options for delivery that it would make a very complicated table. So we present 2 choices that take into account the costumer's wishes: speed or price. In our email confirming the order, we will present the price with the 2 options for shipping and handling.
(**) Payment methods
The payment method for online sales in Portugal is the bank transfer.
P a) ATM machines
With your debit card and our NIB (see above) you can make a bank transfer FOR FREE.
However, there is no line where you can write the "subject" of the transaction to let us know that it was your payment. So, we urge you to check if the ATM you are about to use has an inkjet printer, otherwise the paper may be difficult to read and copy. Then you must send that document to us by e-mail or fax, with your name and number of the order (check step 3 above).
P b) Net banking
If you have access to your bank account online you just need our NIB to make the transfer. In most cases there will be a line to write the "subject" of the payment. Nevertheless, we will need you to send us via e-mail or fax the document of your transfer together with your name and number of the order or quote.
The total cost of these transfers will be, for example, € 0,52 or € 0,62 depending on the bank.
P c) At your local branch
You can also go to the bank and do the transfer there. Don't forget to make payments to: RISCONTROL, Lda.

Foreign countries but within the European Union
The payment method for online sales within the European Union is the bank transfer.
In international payments there are costs of emission charged by your bank in your country and reception costs charged by our bank in Portugal.
According to a convention in the EU, the cheapest method is to go for "shared expenses" and so the client just pays the emission costs in your country.
This method requires that you indicate not only our IBAN but also our BIC/SWIFT (check both above); if these are correct then your bank will charge for this international transaction the same amount of a normal national transaction within your country.
Foreign countries outside the European Union
The payment method for online sales to foreign countries outside the European Union is the bank transfer.
Considering the costs, it will be advantageous to ask for quotes for a significant number of copies and thus spread these expenses as well as those for shipping and handling.
Other methods of payment may be available in the future, but only for countries outside the European Union.
